Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring for a Mobile Associate in retail operations to assist customers with technology and service needs in a busy store setting.

You will develop product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers through their shopping journey to build satisfaction and loyalty. Starting hourly pay is $18.00 with $5 training pay; after 90 days, on-the-job training completes and incentives may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
