Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate to assist customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced retail setting. You will learn product features, demonstrate network options, and guide shoppers through their journey.

The role includes on-the-job training, a guaranteed hourly base, training pay, and performance incentives, plus eligibility for an annual stock grant. High school diploma and retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a Retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
