Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by helping customers choose technology and service plans in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide shoppers along their journey, using digital tools to explain coverage and plan features. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months in customer service or sales in retail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in Retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
