Job summary

Comcast in Spokane is seeking a full-time Retail Service Associate to support the store team with mobile activations, education, and customer service. You will help with activation, setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment so customers leave confident in Comcast products.

You will handle on-demand deliveries, upsell accessories, process returns, resets merchandising, and assist with accessories.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Open availability to meet retail operational needs (days, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Mobile activations and customer education for devices and BYOD.
• Troubleshoot and resolve device or service issues and assist with account security.
• Assist with transfers, password resets, and SIM/eSIM activation.
• Process returns/exchanges and support warranty/replacements.
• Maintain store cleanliness, signage, inventory, and merchandising.
• Handle on-demand deliveries and BAPIS/Xfinity upsell opportunities.
