Job summary

You will act as a go-to technical resource for mobile activations, troubleshooting, and customer education, while helping maintain a clean, organized store environment and contributing to revenue through upsell of accessories.

Qualifications

• Provide a white-glove experience activating devices or BYOD to the network.
• Educate customers on features, accessories and add-ons.
• Troubleshoot basic device and account issues with customers.

Responsibilities

• Mobile Activations & Education: guide setups, assist with wearables, upsell accessories.
• Mobile Escalations: troubleshoot complex issues, secure accounts, replace devices.
• Mobile Support: transfer data, reset passwords, configure SIM/eSIM and diagnostics.
• On-Demand Delivery & Upsell: staging orders and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Store operations: maintain visuals, assist with resets, ensure clean inventory.
