Job summary

Comcast in Washington is seeking a full-time Retail Service Associate to support in-store customer experiences, mobile activations, troubleshooting, and educational guidance across devices and services. You will serve as a go-to technical and operational resource, helping customers feel confident and excited about Comcast products.

You will assist with activations, account security, returns, and warranty processes while keeping the store clean and well merchandised.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Open availability for full-time, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is expected.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and stand/move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Activate and educate customers on new devices and BYOD options.
• Guide tablet setup and connectivity options for customers.
• Assist with activation and pairing of wearable devices.
• Educate customers on accessories to drive incremental revenue.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex device or service issues.
• Process returns or exchanges in accordance with policy.
• Assist with warranty claims and replacement processes.
• Maintain clean, functional store environment and merchandising standards.
