Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leader to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced environment. You will manage receiving, merchandising, and staff scheduling to ensure a WOW customer experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in management, excellent communication, and the flexibility to work day, evening, weekends, and travel as required. Starting wage is $15 per hour, with a focus on teamwork and results.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.
• Creative thinking and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for efficient shelf placement.
• Manages displays and signage per corporate guidelines for resets and promotions.
• Handles opening/closing duties, security, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing operations, staff, and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service quality.
• Executes the market plan with proper product placement and promotions.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
