Job summary

Five Below Inc is hiring a store leader to wow customers and oversee daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will train crew, manage opening/closing procedures, and ensure excellent service across departments.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in management, strong communication, the ability to multi-task, and calm under pressure. A flexible schedule including weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are WOWing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure they perform duties effectively and provide excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick floor placement; act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by merchandising and staff performance improvements.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance tasks and keep stock room organized.
