Job summary

Five Below is seeking an energetic manager-in-training to lead store operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will supervise front-end teams, ensure fast and friendly checkout, and uphold brand standards while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least two years of management experience, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and development across the district.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wowing the customer through personal contact with customers.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and fast checkout.
• Lead store to achieve customer service score goals set by District Manager.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Ensure front-end equipment is working and staff are trained accordingly.
• Handle opening/closing procedures and keep store clean and ready for guests.
• Perform store manager duties in the manager's absence.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members with the store manager.
• Review corporate communications and respond as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and recovery strategies.
• Maintain stock rooms and perform general store maintenance.
