Qualifications

• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wowing customers with fast, friendly checkout and personal contact.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Lead store to achieve customer service score goals.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Open/close procedures; keep store clean and ready for customers.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising crew; maintain stock room.
