Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leader to oversee daily operations, manage a team, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will handle receiving, displays, and opening/closing duties while upholding company standards.

You’ll train associates, drive sales, and optimize merchandising in a fast-paced retail environment. Must be able to lift 25 lbs, climb ladders, and work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, signage accuracy, and seasonal updates.
• Handles opening/closing duties including cash security, doors, and alarms for daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, supervising store operations and staff.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Executes corporate merchandising guidelines and ensures promotional materials are up to date and properly displayed.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
