Sazerac Company is expanding its U.S. Market Development team with Chains Market Development Representatives (MDRs) focused on high-volume merchandising in major chain retail accounts.

The role seeks sales professionals who excel in program execution and incremental selling within national chains. The position requires strong organizational skills, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel between multiple accounts daily in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 1 year relevant professional experience or sales internship.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work early morning hours (e.g., 6 AM - 2 PM).
• Willingness to drive between multiple accounts daily.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising and displays in high-volume, national retail accounts.
• Ensure planogram compliance and shelf standards; address inventory issues.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retailer contacts for visibility.
• Coordinate with distributors to execute national programs and promotions.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure promotional execution aligns with goals.
• Identify upsell opportunities and increase product penetration at locations.
• Provide insights on competitive activity and customer trends.
