Job summary

Sazerac Company is expanding its U.S. Market Development team with Chains Market Development Representatives (MDRs). You will excel in high-volume merchandising, program execution, and incremental selling within major chain retail accounts.

The role emphasizes building retailer relationships, executing promotional plans, and driving product visibility while meeting volume and distribution goals across key markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of relevant professional experience, or a sales internship/entry role for new grads (consumer goods preferred).
• A valid driver's license.
• Ability to drive between multiple accounts daily and work early hours to align with retailer schedules.
• Experience with major national retailers preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising and display programs in high-volume national accounts.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain shelf standards.
• Develop relationships with retailer contacts to maintain visibility and space.
• Collaborate with distributor reps to drive national programs and promotions.
• Conduct store visits to ensure promotional and merchandising execution.
