Job summary

Sazerac Company is expanding its U.S. Market Development team with Chains Market Development Representatives (MDRs) to drive brand presence in major national off-premise accounts.

You will manage merchandising programs, displays, and product availability while identifying upsell opportunities to grow sales in fast-paced retail environments. The role focuses on building retailer relationships, executing planograms, and collaborating with distributors to drive national programs and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of sales/consumer goods experience or internship.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to drive between accounts daily.
• Experience with major national retailers preferred.
• Ability to work early morning hours (6 AM–2 PM) to align with retailer schedules.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising and display programs in high-volume, national off-premise accounts.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain shelf standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retailer contacts.
• Coordinate with distributor reps to execute national programs and promotions.
• Conduct store visits to ensure promotional and merchandising execution.
• Identify upsell opportunities and increase product penetration.
