Job summary

Sazerac Company is expanding its U.S. Market Development team with Chains Market Development Representatives (MDRs) to grow national accounts and drive merchandising programs. This role focuses on high-volume retail execution, upsell opportunities, and product visibility across major chains.<\/p>

You will build strong retailer relationships, coordinate with distributors, and work toward planogram compliance while targeting volume growth in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year relevant professional experience, or sales internship.
• Valid driver's license; willingness to drive between accounts daily.
• Experience with major national retailers (preferred).
• Ability to work early morning hours (6 AM–2 PM).

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising and display programs in high-volume accounts.
• Ensure planogram compliance and shelf standards.
• Develop relationships with retailers to ensure visibility.
• Collaborate with distributors to drive programs.
• Meet or exceed volume and distribution goals.
