Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Retail Coverage Merchandisers to execute in-store plans.
• Provide daily direction on sales strategy and selling opportunities.
• Coach on-the-job performance and deliver actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with Retail Directors and stakeholders across teams.
• Act as subject matter expert on Acosta’s retail systems and tools.
• Create and present selling materials; conduct quarterly evaluations.
• Handle travel and other duties as required, meeting physical requirements.
