Acosta Group is seeking a Retail Manager to lead a high-performing team of Retail Coverage Merchandisers (RCMs) in delivering top-tier in-store execution and client sales growth. Qualifications

Proven ability to lead and develop a field merchandising team.
Strong communication and presentation skills for multiple audiences.
Experience coaching and promoting continuous learning within teams.
Ability to align goals with individual performance and drive results.
Proficiency with retail systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and development for the Retail Coverage Merchandisers (RCMs).
Direct sales strategy execution to maximize client sales opportunities.
Conduct performance coaching and quality audits to ensure high standards.
Collaborate with Retail Directors and stakeholders across teams.
Serve as subject matter expert on Acosta’s retail systems and training tools.
Create impactful selling materials and report on team performance.
