Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Retail Coverage Merchandisers (RCMs) to execute merchandising, shelving, and sales plans.
• Provide daily strategic direction to maximize sales opportunities and identify best practices in-store.
• Conduct regular audits and deliver actionable feedback to ensure high-quality execution.
• Collaborate with Retail Directors and internal stakeholders on key initiatives and communications.
• Train associates on Acosta University and other tools to improve in-store performance.
• Develop impactful selling materials for retail meetings and manage bi-quarterly evaluations.
