• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and promoting continuous learning within teams.
• Ability to align organizational goals with individual performance objectives.
• Expertise in retail systems and tools to drive efficiency and execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and sales skills.
• Comfortable presenting to various audiences and responding to questions with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Retail Coverage Merchandisers (RCMs) to execute in-store merchandising and sales strategies.
• Provide daily strategic direction to maximize sales opportunities.
• Conduct audits and deliver actionable feedback to ensure high-quality execution.
• Collaborate with Retail Directors and stakeholders to align initiatives.
• Train associates on Acosta University and retail systems.
• Prepare impactful selling materials and conduct bi-quarterly evaluations.
• Other duties including travel and meeting physical requirements.
