• Performance Coaching & Quality Assurance: conduct audits and give feedback.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Retail Directors and stakeholders.
• Technology & Systems Expertise: serve as SME on Acosta's retail systems and training.
• Meeting Facilitation & Reporting: develop selling materials and bi-quarterly evaluations.
• Additional Duties: meet travel and physical requirements as needed.
