Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Retail Manager in Fort Worth, TX to lead a team of Retail Coverage Merchandisers (RCMs) and drive in-store execution and client sales. You will direct daily sales initiatives and coach the team for continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with Retail Directors and use Acosta’s systems to train staff and deliver impactful selling materials in quarterly reviews. This role emphasizes leadership, travel readiness, and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and inspire a team of RCMs to meet client expectations in merchandising and sales execution.
• Provide daily strategic direction to maximize sales opportunities and identify best practices in-store.
• Conduct audits and deliver actionable feedback to ensure high-quality execution and strong retailer relationships.
• Partner with Retail Directors and internal stakeholders to align on key initiatives and communicate across teams.
• Serve as SME on Acosta’s retail systems; train associates using Acosta University and other tools.
• Develop selling materials for retail meetings and conduct bi-quarterly evaluations for team development.
• Perform additional duties including travel with a valid driver’s license.
