Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Cincinnati is seeking a Management Trainee to develop sales, merchandising and operational skills while supporting store leadership.

You will work with the Store Manager to build guest service, recruiting and leadership capabilities and may act as Store Manager in their absence. You will participate in a structured trainee program, learn through on-the-job experiences and support the team in delivering the Buckle experience to guests through excellent service and store

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field of study preferred; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• No visa sponsorship is available. Relocation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist in recruiting, training and developing teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Lead visual merchandising and manage product categories to drive sales.
• Support Store Manager in operating the store and act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Travel to cover other stores within the district as needed.
