The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee to support store management in daily sales, merchandising and operations.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to build leadership and recruiting skills while training Teammates and acting as Store Manager in their absence. In this role, you will participate in a structured Trainee program, focusing on guest service, store operations, and team development, with a compensation package that includes a base pay rate and potential commissions.
