The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee to develop leadership and retail skills in a fast-paced store environment.

You will support Sales, Merchandising, and Operations while training toward Store Manager responsibilities, including coaching teammates and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include recruiting and training teammates, leading visual displays, managing inventory, and ensuring loss prevention and policy compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field of study preferred; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training.
• No visa sponsorship is available.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service while handling product questions.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing and training Teammates.
• Lead visual displays and manage merchandise categories.
• Support Store Manager and act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Travel to other Buckle stores within the district as needed.
