You will participate in a structured program covering sales, merchandising, recruiting and training, with the aim of becoming a Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Relocation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Sales generation and guest service duties in a retail environment.
• Recruiting, training and developing Teammates.
• Leadership actions and supervision in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assist Store Manager with coaching and interviewing new hires.
• Develop visual merchandising and maintain store standards.
• Manage store operations and maintain inventory controls.
