The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee to drive sales, merchandising, and daily store operations while developing leadership and recruiting skills.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to prepare for a Store Manager role and may train Teammates or act in the Manager's absence as needed. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package, salary opportunities in line with the Pay range, and a clear path toward advancement within Buckle.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field preferred.
• One to three months related retail experience and/or training could be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Sales Generation and Guest Service: greet guests, answer questions, suggest merchandise, build a client base, and meet sales goals.
• Leadership development: recruit and train Teammates, coach Store Manager, supervise onboarding and development.
• Operations: manage store opening/closing, loss prevention, inventory, merchandising, and adherence to company policies.
