Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee to support store leadership, sales initiatives, and daily operations. You will work with the Store Manager to develop sales, recruiting, and leadership skills aimed at advancing to Store Manager.

You will also train and motivate Teammates and may act as Store Manager in their absence. Responsibilities include guest service, merchandising, and store operations, with emphasis on leadership and teamwork to achieve Buckle's goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Retail experience or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Foster a welcoming Guest experience and drive sales.
• Develop leadership and coaching skills for future Store Manager roles.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Assist in merchandising and store operations to support sales goals.
• Maintain loss prevention practices and proper register procedures.
• Communicate with Store Manager and District Manager to ensure smooth operations.
