Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee to join our team and support the Store Manager in driving sales, merchandising, and operations. You will gain leadership skills, recruit and train teammates, and develop expertise in customer service and store procedures.

This role emphasizes mentorship, hands-on leadership, and preparing for a Store Manager position with responsibilities including training, scheduling, and maintaining Buckle standards across the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.
• No visa sponsorship is available.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel, including overnight as required.
• Relocation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, training and coaching Teammates.
• Develop visual displays based on Buckle guidelines and manage product categories.
• Support Store Manager by leading the Team and conducting Team meetings.
• Act as Store Manager in absence and travel to cover other stores as needed.
• Maintain Buckle’s standards of operations, loss prevention, and guest relations.
