Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee to develop leadership and sales skills while performing merchandising and operational tasks. You will work closely with the Store Manager to build skills in recruiting, training, and team development, with the goal of advancing to a Store Manager role.

Responsibilities include supervising teammates, leading in-store operations, and ensuring excellent guest service. Flexibility to work varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field of study preferred; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
• Assist in training Teammates and developing leadership skills.
• Act as Store Manager in absence and support management in operations.
