Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Management Trainee who will support the store team in delivering an outstanding guest experience while learning all aspects of merchandising, operations and leadership.

You will work with the Store Manager to develop sales skills, mentor Teammates, and be prepared to act as Store Manager in their absence. This program emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and professional growth, and leads to advancement within Buckle's district and stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership potential demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service while building relationships.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing Teammates.
• Support store operations and merchandising to meet Buckle standards.
• Develop leadership skills to eventually manage a Buckle store.
