The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee to support daily operations, sales, and staffing with the Store Manager. You will participate in a structured program to develop leadership and merchandising skills while driving guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coaching Teammates, executing visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards. This role requires flexibility for schedule, with opportunities to advance to Store Manager within the district.

Formación

• Experience in a retail sales environment with strong customer service
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate Teammates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Buckle policies and loss prevention is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and provide legendary service to drive sales
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing Teammates
• Develop visual displays and manage product categories
• Maintain store operations, schedules, and cash handling
• Act as Store Manager in their absence and coach the team
