Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee to support and develop in-store leadership through sales, merchandising and operations responsibilities.

You will work with the Store Manager to build skills in recruiting, training, and leadership while driving guest satisfaction and sales performance. In this role you will participate in a structured trainee program, cover for Store Manager in their absence, and contribute to team development and high standards across merchandising and daily

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service while driving sales.
