The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee to support a high-energy retail environment in Pearland, TX. You will engage guests, assist with merchandising and operations, and work closely with the Store Manager to build skills for future Store Manager responsibilities.

Ideal candidates will participate in a structured Trainee Program, develop leadership capabilities, and help coach Teammates while ensuring a superior shopping experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or related retail experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to develop guests' shopping experiences through product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Sell through a guest-focused approach and achieve sales goals.
• Recruit, train and motivate Teammates; act as Store Manager in absence.
• Develop leadership and sales skills with the Store Manager.
