Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Management Trainee to support daily operations and guest service while preparing for advancement to Store Manager.

You will work closely with store leadership to develop sales, merchandising, and leadership skills, assist with staffing and training, and learn to manage the store in leadership's absence. Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university in a relevant field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One to three months of related retail experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Assist Store Manager with coaching and counseling teammates per Buckle policies.
