Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee to develop leadership and store operations skills through hands‑on experience in sales, merchandising, and guest service.

You will work with the Store Manager to learn recruiting, training, and performance coaching while supporting daily store functions and customer engagements. You will rotate through responsibilities across sales, merchandising, and operations, preparing you to step into a Store Manager role as you progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or related retail experience.
• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate teammates to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service while guiding them to merchandise.
• Develop and mentor teammates to meet Buckle standards and supportStore Manager.
• Coordinate recruiting and interview activities for new hires, under supervision.
