Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee in Texas to develop sales, merchandising and operations skills under store leadership.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to learn guest service, leadership, and daily store functions with the goal of advancing to Store Manager. The program emphasizes hands-on learning through a structured trainee curriculum, including recruiting, training teammates, visual merchandising, and daily operations, with opportunities to grow into leadership

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• 1–3 months of related retail experience or training.
• No visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on guest needs.
• Anticipate and fulfill guests’ needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobe experience.
• Demonstrate products using product knowledge and sales education for the team.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals set by Store Management.
• Build guest relationships to develop a client-based business.
• Model leadership in customer service and selling skills.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, interviewing, training, and coaching teammates.
