Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee in Texas to support the Store Manager in leading teams and improving guest experience. You will engage customers, assist in merchandising, and participate in routine store tasks while developing sales, recruiting and leadership skills.

You will train in leadership actions, loss prevention policies, and store operations, with the goal of stepping into a Store Manager role when ready. This role emphasizes teamwork and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field of study preferred; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in retail leadership and guest service is valued.
• Ability to recruit, train and motivate teammates for store success.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Develop skills in sales, merchandising and operational tasks under store management.
• Recruit, train and motivate Teammates and assist in coaching sessions.
• Lead visual merchandise and maintain store standards and floor presentation.
• Support Store Manager in day-to-day operations, scheduling and communications.
