Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee to support Guest experience and drive sales while learning every facet of store leadership.

You will work with the Store Manager to develop leadership skills, recruit and train Teammates, and master merchandising, operations, and customer service.

In this role you may act as Store Manager in their absence and help ensure Buckle standards across the floor and backroom.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or 1-3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill Buckle's mission by delivering exceptional guest service and leading sales growth.
• Develop Teammates, recruit and train, and step in as Store Manager when needed.
• Coordinate merchandising, store operations and loss prevention to maintain standards.
