Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee to develop sales, merchandising, and operational skills under store management with the aim of becoming a Store Manager. You will work on guest service, product knowledge, and leadership development while training Teammates and handling daily store duties.

The program emphasizes leadership actions, training, and collaboration with management to ensure store standards, loss prevention, and guest satisfaction. Travel within district may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field of study preferred; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions regarding the store and merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
• Motivate Teammates to initiate and complete daily tasks and participate in interviews with Store Manager.
• Assist Store Manager with coaching and counseling Teammates in accordance with Buckle policies.
• Support Store Manager by planning, leading the Team, and onboarding new hires.
