Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee to support store leadership development and deliver the Buckle guest experience. You will perform sales, merchandising and daily operations tasks under Store Manager guidance to develop skills for a future Store Manager role.

You will collaborate with management to recruit, train, and motivate teammates, while ensuring exceptional customer service, accurate register procedures and effective visual merchandising across the store.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills are required.
• Ability to travel and cover other stores within district based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills Buckle's mission by delivering excellent guest service and leading by example.
• Develops teammates through coaching, interviewing and training.
• Manages visual merchandising and product displays according to Buckle guidelines.
• Participates in store operations including opening/closing procedures and loss prevention.
