Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee in the United States. The role supports Store Manager, develops sales, merchandising and leadership skills, and may act as Store Manager in their absence.

It involves training Teammates and handling daily operations to ensure Buckle’s mission of an enjoyable shopping experience. The program covers recruiting, training, visual displays, inventory, and customer service excellence, with opportunities to advance to Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 1–3 months related retail experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop Teammates to standards.

Responsibilities

• Sales generation and guest service: greet guests, answer questions and recommend merchandise.
• Leadership development: train and mentor Teammates; act as Store Manager when needed.
• Operations: manage schedules, open/close procedures and loss prevention duties.
• Supervisory responsibilities: supervise teams, conduct interviews, and oversee onboarding.
• Education and development: support onboarding and store training programs.
