Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee to support daily store operations, sales performance, and coaching of teammates. This role involves partnering with the Store Manager to develop leadership skills, execute Buckle’s merchandising standards, and maintain excellent guest service.

Success candidates will participate in a structured trainee program, demonstrate strong communication, and readiness to travel within the district as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or related retail experience/training
• Equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Teammates to meet Buckle's standards daily
• Assist Store Manager with interviewing and onboarding of new hires
• Support Store Manager by coordinating visual merchandising and store displays
• Perform sales, guest service, and operational duties to meet performance goals
• Act as Store Manager in their absence and cover other stores as needed

Education
