Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee to support store leadership, guest service, and merchandising initiatives. You will work with the Store Manager to develop sales, leadership, and recruiting skills and may step in as acting Store Manager when needed.

Responsibilities include coaching Teammates, managing displays, and ensuring the store meets Buckle standards for service and operations. This is a full-time position requiring flexible hours and weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist with recruitment, coaching and mentoring of Teammates.

• Support Store Manager by planning, leading and supervising the team.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence and travel to cover other stores as needed.
