Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee to support store leadership, learn operations, and develop into a Store Manager. The role blends sales, merchandising and daily store tasks under guidance from the Store Manager.

You will train in recruiting, leadership, guest service and coaching Teammates, while working toward improving performance and guest experiences. Pay includes a base rate with commission, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent through retail experience.
• 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.
• No visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Lead, train and motivate Teammates as part of the Management Trainee Program.
