Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee to support the store in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to guests. The role involves sales, merchandising and operational tasks, including cashiering, displays, and standard procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent retail experience preferred ( Education And/or Experience).
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop teammates and to act as Store Manager in absence.
