Qualifications

• Primary responsibilities include sales, merchandising, and operations tasks.
• Work with Store Manager to develop sales, recruiting and leadership skills.
• Train and motivate Teammates and act as Store Manager in their absence.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise; assist guests in finding items.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates; lead in Store Manager's absence.
• Oversee store operations, including openings/closings, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Maintain store standards and appearance; ensure high-quality guest experience.
