Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee in Stockton, CA to support sales, merchandising, and operations with the goal of becoming Store Manager. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to develop leadership and recruiting skills while training teammates to deliver a premier guest experience.

The role includes a structured Trainee program, sales targets, and leadership responsibilities with potential to advance within Buckle. Full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred.
• Retail experience or training considered.
• Willingness to travel and relocate if required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Lead sales, merchandising, and operational tasks in the store.
• Work with Store Manager to develop sales, recruiting and leadership skills.
• Act as Store Manager in absence and motivate Teammates.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
