Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee to grow into a Store Manager role. You will work directly with the Store Manager to develop sales, leadership and recruiting skills while performing essential duties in sales, merchandising, and operations.

You will train teammates, supervise daily activities, and ensure exceptional guest service. Eligible for full-time benefits and advancement within the Buckle network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred, or 1–3 months related retail experience or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service; assist in merchandise selection and presentation.
• Recruit, train and develop teammates; coach for performance and store operations.
• Manage visual displays and product categories; ensure store standards and cleanliness.
• Support store management in opening/closing procedures and loss prevention.
• Act as Store Manager in absence and coordinate with district/area managers.
