Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Bossier City, LA is seeking a Management Trainee to learn operations, merchandising and leadership while supporting the Store Manager.

You will engage guests, train teammates, and prepare to advance to Store Manager with a structured program and hands-on responsibilities. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits after waiting period and opportunities to travel within the district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 1–3 months of related retail experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
• Ability to develop sales, recruiting and leadership skills with store management.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with legendary service and assist with product selection.
• Recruiting, training and development of Teammates.
• Develop visual merchandising and store standards.
• Support store management by overseeing operations and opening/closing tasks.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Travel to cover other stores if needed.
