Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is opening a new store in Smithfield, NC, and is seeking motivated Management Trainees to grow into Store Manager roles.

You will perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks while developing leadership and managerial skills in a fast-paced retail environment. You will participate in training, recruit and coach teammates, and learn to manage visual merchandising, store operations, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist Store Manager with coaching and counseling Teammates; participate in interviews and onboarding.
• Develop and implement engaging visual displays and manage product categories.
• Lead daily operations, open/close procedures, and loss prevention measures.
• Act as Store Manager in absence and travel to cover other stores as needed.
